Dudley Baldwin
Dudley began work in the trucking business in 1968 as the shop foreman in his family's Sand and Gravel hauling business. In 1981 he began his own trucking company running flatbeds for the oil industry. That soon changed to hauling refrigerated goods across the United States. At the same time he managed the Sand and Gravel hauling as well as 3 gravel pits so Dudley is well versed in all aspects of trucking.

He is excited as Baldwin Express continues to grow and be the refrigerated trucking company he's always wanted.

Shannon Baldwin
Shannon grew up in her father's trucking business. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Business from West Texas A&M University and has held almost all the office & dispatch jobs. She currently is the company's President and Controller and is the "mother" of our Operations Manager Sawyer!

Lacye Comer
Lacye began his truck driving career in the military in 1972 driving a "deuce and a half" all over Southern Bavaria. Returning to the States he moved freight and was even a Chicken Hauler!! He came to work with BALDWIN as a driver in 1976 hauling sand and gravel and moved to Reefers in 1983. He moved into our Operations Department in 1986 with a desire to dispatch drivers the way he wanted to be dispatched. From driving in the military to being Baldwin's Operation's Manager, he has seen every side of trucking.

Kathy Baldwin
Kathy is one of the owners and is in charge of payroll and HR.

Randy Weathers
Randy is our shop foreman. Randy worked at Roberts International for 7 years and Rush Peterbilt for 5 years where he was a level 5 technician. He's fully certified in, among other things, PACAAR, EPA 10, 13, Diagnostics as well as Eaton Transmissions - Metric 10, 18 and Eaton rear ends.
